How to sue for physical harm and injury

Hii I am living in jaipur rajasthan and my parents living in a village of distric Jhalawar rajasthan. Today i got a news from my father, he said that my neibhour abuse and try to hit mother, that time my father was not at home. After that he called me and told the incident i suggest him to goto police station to file FIR. But police not investigate the case. What i do for now. Is there any other way. Thanks

First submit your complaint to the office of superintendent of police if no action was taken than file complaint before concerned judicial magistrate at jhalawar.

if police not filing your complaint than you go to highr offr i.e.suprintadant of police and tell him all the story. if you are not satisfy wih sp than you can file a case under section 156(3) cr.p.c . çp.
