how to settle inter religion marriage without legally filing any case

hello my name is mohsin and i am a muslim.i have my friend her name is monika and she is hindu we know each other from 11th class. now we want to marry with each other. her family is completely against to this actually her family dont know about this and they will not going to agree for sure. my family will not agree in starting but they will accept us after some time i know very well. now we want to marry and we want all this completely legally. and she dont need to change her religion as well. i am happy with what we have and what we are right now. she is saying me that i go to her home with police and in front of police and her parents she is ready to come with me. we dont want any police case and all. i am doing private job and earning enough to full fill are her need. please tell me what to do. we just dont want that after marriage we have to go to police stations on regular basis and dont want any police case ,fir and all that. please give us a good advice.
If she don't want to change her religion and her family is also against this then you can change your religion and gave your proposal to her family. They will definitely accept this if girl is ready to marry you.

Hi the best way is to get married and after receiving the marriage certificate and marriage registration certificate you can basically file a case in High court for protection ; which means the High Court will instruct the police to provide safety , security to you if needed and abide the family members to do anything legally or illegally against you. Than you do not have to be in any problem and can lead your life peacefully.
