How to resolve issues with wife

 i was married in 2015. my wife was handicapped and always tries to go to her home. that reason we have we have arguements sometimes. after six months of marriage ,she left home with ornaments and did not return and she don't like to return when I went on my work , her brothers took my bike , my wallet and money and beaten me . later bike was given through police station. my wife complain on me with women police station by accusing that I had relation ship with other lady. and also complain on my parents that they are tortcherring. but did not register case. later she says that she lost her mangala sutra which is very important for hindu women. we consult an advocate and complain in the police station about money . but my advocate didn't register file the case. since six months, he is saying like that., we will file the case later. i want my wife to come to my home with mangala sutra. but she don't want to come back. but my advocate interested in settlement
