How to proves Adultery and Bigamy in court

My husband has married another girl and now they gave birth to a child even though our divorce case is still pending in court. They have got birth certificate with that girl's father name in father's place. Now we don't have any evidence to prove adultery. Please advice us to proceed further to prove adultery. I and my daughter is staying with my parents.

Let me know under what grounds you have Dissolution of marriage prayed for. Who has petitioned for Divorce ?
If you are sure that your husband has married another woman and living with woman you have got lot of evidence, like 1) 2nd illegal marriage photos,2) IF registered certificate of marriage registration, 3) If you are very certain that child born out of 2nd marriage- details regarding PLACE OF BIRTH OF THE CHILD- HOUSE OR HOSPITAL, And the child's father name is wrongly given the child's grand father's name, These information can be collected and produce before the Court. If your estranged husband is employed in ANY ESTABLISHMENTS GOVT/NON GOVT. Your husband would have filed family declaration in that also he would have given the name of the 2nd wife and the illegitimate child's name. Apart from this ONE IMPORTANT LEGAL SCRUTINY UNDER E
