my husbans is lying about his income on court.Before marriage i hv given them cash into their account n that account os joint account of fatherinlaw n husband. My lawyer said him to submit that accont last 1 yr bank statement n his pancard no bt he lied that he is nt having pancard n tat account is of his father.he said he is nt working with his father n doing job at another place plz tell wt should i do now Iknw he is hvinv pancard .
Dear Mam, if you have filed a case under section 125 Cr.PC then you have the right to mention in the court that you as well as your husband may file income affidavits as per Kusum Sharma vs Mohinder Sharma before the court along with requisite documents.

You can file an application before the learned concerned court where the case is pending to directing the bank to give bank details or you can move an application under Right to Information act before Income tax authority whether he has pain card or he is paying income tax.
