How to prove bigamy charges against a husband

My husband has married another girl while our divorce case is pending in court. Now a child is born to him, but in the birth certificate in the place of father's name, they have given his illegal wife's father name. They have given grand father's name.We don't have any evidence to prove that it is his child. I have a girl child and he is not looking after the child also. how to prove bigamy against him.?

The second marriage of your husband is void, and the child born out of void marriage is illegitimate one. you have search any other evidence is there to prove the same or if you are sure you can ask for DNA test, it is not easy, but we have to work out on that.

The law says " the respondent had sexual intercourse with another person may be proved not only by direct evidence but also by such circumstantial evidence as convinces a reasonable man of its having taken place".So in the above circumstances you may take the help of circumstantial evidence like the persons living near that woman's house and can also take that child's birth certificate and should prove that it contains the grand fathers name.
