you should file a suit for declaratory title and permanent injunction against your brother and sister in the district court where the property is situated.
if you have a valid title deed, you can also file a criminal case of trespass against your brother and sister.
Please be informed that you will need to file 2 different suits . 1 criminal for trespass and 2 civil for declaratory title and permanent injunction.
