How to proceed with divorce proceedings against uncooperative husband
23-May-2023 (In Family Law)
My 4 year baby has genetic blood disorder thalassemia and my rin laws and husband refused to take care of him when he was born due to disease and from that time I am taking care of child alone living at my parents home. I didn't filed any case not even of child expense . But now after 4 years my husband wants to reunite..and I supposed that he is doing it intentionly as He always try to keep records and proofs of all things. What should I do ??
File a case for maintenance for you and your child .....don't fall for your husband's foul play ....also if you don't want to reunite then file for divorce and in the mean time file for maintenance.....
Is this genetic blood disorder due to your husband? Keep all medical bills and prescription with you.

Dear Client,
You know the Answer I.e. your husband's intentions are not good. You should file a Domestic violence case because not maintaining child and you even in such circumstances comes under domestic violence. You can file for divorce and maintenance too.
