how to order for execution of salary

The court gave me ex parte order for 2 lakh per month maintainance from my estranged NRI husband who never showed up in court I've following questions 1- does he have any basis to file a revision now even after he was given all chances to appear and the judgement was based on true salary slips of his? 2- how should the order be executed on him? Can his employer be contacted directly to deduct the amount from his salary and send it to me?

He can file an appeal in higher Court against the judgement decided against him. You have to file an execution petition in the Court to get your maintenance. If our country has good diplomatic relations with other country where your husband lives, there are good chances that you will get your maintenance. Feel free for personal discussion.
