How to nullify marriage document

I am a hindu, how can I nullify my hindu marriage act document which was never happened in real.
Please contact with an Advocate and stated him in details why you file Nullity Marriage. Remember that, Nullity Marriage shall be file within one year from the date Marriage, otherwise, it will not accepted according to Law.

A marriage document cannot be nullified, if you think it is forged then one needs to file FIR against the other so that authenticity is proved at the appropriate forum and even the marriage registrar be made a party to summon him or her to court.

your question is not clear to me.please let me know how you prepared those documents which you want to nullify. A hindu marriage is a sacrament it is not a contract. If the marriage doesn't solemnized according to rites and customs nothing can validate it. All the documents then treated as purported and forged and would be attracted criminal liabilities punishable by law.
