How to legally separate from family and get my share in property

hey i have been having problems with my family for a long time now i even could'nt continue my studies so i dropped out and its not like they cant afford it, having fights so i wanted to get separated and get my fair share of family property
Just because of this reason, you should not demand partition and your share of your property.
You can separate yourself from your family, but this is not the proper time to demand partition.
You should concentrate on your life, your career. Getting your share only will not solve all the problems of your life.
Demanding your property share just because your family members were not good to you, is wrong!
