Please go to the jurisdictional police station and file a complaint against your husband and mother in law against Domestic violence and also that your husband has deserted you. By doing this you can call them to vanitha sahayavani and have the matter settled and can live in a seperate house.

You can file a suit in civil court against your mother-in-law asking for direction not to interfere with your married life. Also, you can file suit against her for what she has done in family court . At the same time you can also file for restitution of conjugal rights against your husband.

1.First of all you should find out the exact problem and then you can come to the conclusion ,talk to your mother-in law and husband and sort out the things, 2. Appoint local Advocate for counselling.
