Is there any bar to marry. Or any fixed age for marriage.
Man and woman marry for companionship and biological requirements. You cannot stop for getting married by your father as per law. Marriage is a legal bondage of legal relationship of a man and woman. Social identification. Who will serve your father when needed by him. It is his wife. Either first or second.

Dear Client,
What is your grievance. Is your grievance is for marrying another woman by your father or for not getting property. If it is for getting your father marrying another woman, it is not an offence as he lost his wife. It may be due putting torture or for some other reason, now your mother is no more alive. Now he is a widower. He can marry another woman as he lost his wife and he is not spouse living. For second grievance you must furnish the nature of the property. Whether it is his self acquired property or he got that property from his fore fathers. If he got that property from his fore fathers, you have right to have a share in it along with your sister, and your father and your father will not obstruct the same. If the property is his self acquired property you will not claim, when he is alive and he will alienate as per his wish. If he leaves the property without alienating the property, then after his death you can claim the same. During his life you can not ask him to partition his self acquired property.
