How to initiate fair partition of family property

My parents had died all my fathers accounts property has now been acquired by my elder sister we are 5 sisters and eldest sister is forcing us to go in front of magistrate as she want to acquire all my father account also has she taken my moms jewellery which she intended to give to all of us.please guide what all we can do.should we say it front of magistrate the succession hearing is on 7th june.we have no lawyers.
For any partition of ancestral property you have to file a partition suit before the court having jurisdiction. If the suit has already been filed, you will receive the notices, after receiving the notice, appear through your advocate and file a written statement on your behalf.
