How to have a second marriage and get child custody as well

Hi, I am a married woman for 7 years and have a child of 5 years. After 2nd year of our marriage i fell in love with a Muslim and now i want to marry him. Can you please let me know how to proceed legally and i want my child to be with me. Please suggest. Thanks in advance
You can ask a divorce from your husband. If he agrees mutual divorce petition can be filed as it is both cost efficient and time efficient. You can both amicably decide on the child also . Feel comfortable to contact me for further legal help.
