How to get the order for which already applied in court

For correction I've provided my order to my advocate but in court that was missed again I applied for copy in orgent basis but almost 5 months complited but there is no response from court. When I'm going get that they are saying ki file is missing. What will b the next process to take action against them ? Bcoz they r playing with me .. intensionaly they r doing this with me.... Bcoz iwant to go higher court against that order. How can I got my order copy from high court soon ? Ya any process for RIGHT TO INFORMATION activity ??
The certified copy of order you may applied through other advocate . If your case is pending or disposed of in the Orissa high Court Cuttack the please give the case number and name of the parties . I can help you
