How to get protection from girlfriend's guardian

Hello. Im planning to take my girl friend out of her home as she is tortured Physically by her aunty. How can we get protection from them. We both are majors M-25 F-22.

If you both are major then you can marry as per our your tradition or through registered marriage before the Registrar of marriages.

You can take out your girlfriend out of her home if she is willing to come with you without any force. No one can restrain your girlfriend from coming out with you as she is major. Coming to physical torcher is concerned, ask your girlfriend to complain to the police against her aunty. The police will register an FIR and the aunt will be in trouble. However, make sure that you give your girlfriend a better life once she comes out with you as she may not be having any support once she severes relationship with her aunty. So act carefully.
