How to get possession of property

Sir judge sahab ne apne adesh main mana hai ki husband dawara apni sampatti ka ansh apne second wife ke name Kiya hai esliye wah apna gujara chahe to sampatti sale karke bhi kar sakti hain esliye maintenance cancel kar diya par sampatti par kabja step son ka hain kya hum judge sahab ke es decision ka fayda le sakte hain aur sampatti par kabja le sakte hain yani ghar khali karva sakte hain
Ji han. File a suit for possession on the strength of this order and the other documentary proofs which are in your favour. Once the court grants an order in your favour, take over the possession over the property.

if the judge has said so than you can proceed for the execution petition for the implementation of the same. first of all you have to disclose how the above said property belongs to you, then only we are able to advise you better.
