How to get partition in a joint property

It is a joint property house bought by 3 brothers 22 years back, clear title freehold. How can one brother get partition legally incase the other two don't agree to settle mutually. Religion-Hindu

We have to file suit for partition or suit for rendition of accounts...where both the brother's will be party to the suit....it will be civil suit and the jurisdiction have to be in respect of place as well as how much the cost of property is....
