how to get Maintenance if rejected by family court

I had a married with Muslim boy in front of kaazi by followed Muslim rule, but after one and half year I was filed matainense case for me & my daughter but I don't know why court was rejected my maintenance? Only my daughter got 5000 /month.
Without going through courts order it is not possible to advise you.if court rejected your maintenance on account of not treating your marriage a valid one than you have to prove it.advise can be given only after examining the order.

Court ke orders ki copy dekhne ke baad hi pata chalega ki apko maintenance kyu ni Mila.... uske. Baad hi kisi result pe aaya ja sakta he.... so please send orders copy....So apko further advice di jaa sake

Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code provides for maintenance. if the Court rejects the maintenance. you can file a criminal revision petition in the High Court wherein the Higher Court can order to revise the maintenance so awarded by the lower court below.
