Can small notice or something will make them to handover my jwellery to me. They are not talking to us so that they kept jwellery with them . How to take possession of our jewellery back.

Hi! U cn ask ur jewellery bck frm ur in-laws. As u hve received it from ur parents it belongs 2 u as ur 'streedhan'. If they r nt giving u bck on a simple demand u can ask them through a legal notice.

You can file criminal cases against your in law but if you don't want to take harsh action against your in laws then we can send legal notice against in-laws, if they would ready to return back then good enough, or proceed with criminal cases...

its better you have a word with them. You can opt for a legal notice , but that would again create a differences in your family. It would always be adviseable to always have a conversation and sort the issue. If things are still the same you need to lodge a complaint and send a legal notice.
