How to do division of property among property

A, B and C are brothers having land of 30 acres, 12 acres and 18 acres respectively. All are married and have children. They now want to make settlement of land equally among themselves so that each have equal share in every plot of 60 acres. Please suggest available mechanism and cost associated with it.

There are two ways for partition of the property if all the brothers are agreeing for partition then make a famaily arrangements with the consent of all the brothers duely signed by them and if brothers are not agreeing then you will have to file partition suit before the competent jurisdiction where the property is situated
