How to do court marriage and apply for police protection

sir me apse puchna chahti ki kya me apne mother father ki marzi ke bina shaadi kr sakti hu. court marrige krne ke liye kya unki jarurat hai kyuki vo hmari shadi ke against hai hm court marrige krne ke bad unhe khud informe kr dege. koi police ka chakkar to nahi hoga ya hmari shaadi se phle parents ko bulaya jayega? meri age 21 hai or my bf age 22 years to koi problem to nahi please tell me

Hi, this is to inform you that as per the law you are eligible to get married to anyone as per your choice and it will be fully legal. You don't need to take anybody's permission however during your marriage you will need two witnesses for the marriage. as you both are adults, you can get married. you will just need 2 witness to sign on the papers. police would not gt involved as you are an adult woman and a case of false kidnapping can also not be made, if you dont runaway before marriage. these are ways to harass if the parents dont want the kids to get married.

Offcourse kar skti hain mdm, aap court marriage (registration) kra ke.
Aap dono walig hain, bas aap aur aapke bf ki aur se ek-ek witness chahiye hoga saadi ke time par uske baad aapko koi nhi rok skta.

Dear concern , you both are major so you can marry as per your choice but both of you need some documents for verification at office of marriage registrar and two witnesses . Where you live , I m Delhi based lady advocate , u can contact me at your convenience

you are major (above 18 years ) now you can marriage according to your wishes, nobody will ask about the consent of your parents, if your parents lodge a police report, police will not take any action
