How to distribute land if 1 person is not ready

We are 4 sister and 2 brother we 5 family member want to distribute our mother land after her death but 1 brother did not want .What can we 5 member can do?
without the consent of the 5th brother you cannot do anything with the property or maximum you can part or sell the property of all 4 and upon informing the the one brother over a letter as he is not agreeing. Detailed discussion is cumpulsory.

May file a suit for partition against the objector...or there is a scope of deed of settlement....if all of them agrees...but basically a suit for partition may cause the ultimate relief of undivided share in between brothers and sisters...

" Ma ko Marne to do" However. send Notice for asking Partition from him and if he did not take step for Partition, then file Partition Suit against him by all of you before the Court withing Jurisdiction. But after the death of your mother. Not during her lifetime.
