Your grievanceis that judge has conductedpriceedings in absence of pp anf asked you to compromise the matter.

Since it is familymatter judge is empowered to give opportunity for compromise. If you want to appoint your advocate. You can do so with permission of court.

Hello, once accused appeared, nbws will be recalled, therefore, your case posted for trial, dont worry, but appoint a good advocate and proceed the matter. Judge will not listen the words stated by the other person against you until there is sound reason.
