How to deal with violence in married life

I did married before 2-3 weeks ago.There is big quarrel between my family and my husbands family. Matter goes up to police complain.After that i married with my lover the reason is only that i afraid that he will kill my parents and he has my some personal photos which he will share on social media.so i did marriage.Now he is acting good with me but not allowing me to meet with my parents.Even he don't allow to me talk on mobile. One day he also hit me very badly. Sometimes he behave nicely sometime very badly. What can i do now???? i want to meet my parents but i m afraiding. I also love my hubby at same time i m afraiding and not want to stay with him. I am very depress olease give me advise.

Hi,

You have to decide first whether you wish to move further legally or solve the matter among Husband and wife, better will be to solve the dispute among your self outside the court .
You can file a petition under domestic violence Act in the concern court.
You can file petition for Divorce also if you think things are not working and it is impossible to live together.

No one can be violent with his wife and Vice Versa, If he does so you can take legal actions against him.You are free to talk and to meet your parents any time he can't be stopped you.You can talk to your husband in the matter and find amicable solutions

If you really want divorce from your husband then you can file divorce petition in proper court and you can take ground of cruelty, simntencialy you can ask a maintenance from your husband and lodge complaint in police station for torchere thertending you.
