Which religion you belong you not mention. Well no one hav right to beaten your sister if she not earn much. All responsibility not only on her. If she not earn money than all duties same her husband. But if he continued torture her than u can make application in women cell. Or you can file a complaint against her husband in court under domestic violence act. For more information you can call

Hello, in this matter u told her sister that she left her husband house and gave a F.I.R in nearest police station and she live with u. After some time if her husband pressured her to live with him and tourchured then file a suit of domestic violence from ur city court.

Dear
Its is advised that before you take recourse of law, you should try to settle by arbitration of the close relatives who are known and acceptable to both sides. In case that does serve the purpose, the next course you can take is report the matter to the police for the issues which are being raised now and the police will register the case. But this should be the last resort. You should try to settle the issues at home otherwise the life of your sister and her kids will be at stake and this may adversely affect the career of the children.
