How to deal with case if wife filed case under section 341 against me

Hi , My Wife has send me Section 341 , i want an advise on how to deal with it..!!!
Ipc 341 is for wrongful restraint.
whoever wrongfuly restraints any person shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month or fine of five hundred rupees or both.
Just make it at compromise. Convince her to withdraw case
