How to change name on visa application

Hello Good morning sir/madam My self . Me and my daughter Indian citizen. I was in Australia with my partner upto more than 2 years. We didn't married. I had baby born than my visa finished,I needed to leave Australia. But my daughter 's biological father in Australia still. I don't have any relationship now. Now I got marriage with USA citizen who is my recent legally husband. Now I want apply my baby's Passport. I wish to write my legally husband name instead of biological father's name. Is it possible? What should i do for that. How can I procedure for that? Please guide me Thx

First of all you does not clear your married position so please clear the marriage position. You can do this thing in the name of your new husband. You can take order from the court as well as you provide name change in Gazette also.
