How to change name in educational documents?

Sir my name in SSLC, PUC, Degree marks card is Meera M L. but after marriage name changed as ahalya bhide. In aadhar, Voter id, and pancard too my name is Ahalya Bhide. During my sons admission to school mother name has given as ahalya bhide. but my bank account pf and esi account name meera m l. if i change my name now completely ahalya next in future will it be a problem to my son for passport visa or for me for passport visa sir. kindly inform me
Contact any advocate and mention the same in Affidavit about the name which you want to retain in your two names and also explaining that both the names is yours. Anyways the required drafting will be done by the advocate you just take all your documents which contains your two names and single name then it will be notarized then you have to give one paper publication about it and that will be taken care by your advocate.
