How to bring back wife from matrimonial home legally

Inspite of trying every possibilities this is not solved.My wife is away from me from past 4 years.please guide me how to bring back her legally.
In case all other efforts have not yielded any result then you can file a petition for restoration of conjugal rights. This way either she will comeback or file for divorce giving her reasons. All the best.

If your wife has deserted you 4 years ago, not filed for even maintenance, then you can first send a notice to her to come back to you. and if she doesn`t then take help of Court. file what ordinarily referred to as RCR .

If you want to get her back you have to file a case for Restitution of conjugal rights. as per the jurisdiction of court. If you dont want her back you can file a case for divorce also. I hopeyou are satisfied with the answer
