Dear madam/sir, I am PSU employee and married 2.7years back.after marriage I got to know she doesn't like to live with our family.she was studying m.phil at that tym and going college everyday and was regularly visiting her parents.its ok for me but her mom started interfering in everything and quarrel started among us.petty issues happened and my relationship with her and her family was worst.she left my home and started living there.that was not her father's home but her mom's and her father was staying there.its a matriarchy family.baby born 10 months back.still stayed there.after 6 months started coming my place and went back same day.giving mental harrassment everytime.i was ok with that.now she had came here with baby and I saw her beating my baby while feeding solid foods.the lil one's cry I can't see.please save me from this vampire.please.show me a way.I need a separation and my child.i know it's difficult but kuch to rasta hoga.she doing phd and joined college as guest facult

If your wife is not staying with you then you then at that time you are eligible to file divorce in family court . if their is no family court then you will file the divorce case in civil judge court . But for divorce you have to prove mental disturbance between you

Whether your wife working lady or hiusewife? Whether the baby is male or female? Now where are they ?whether living with u under oneroof with u or with your parents? Now the position of your in laws whethrr they are interfearing or not? What about ur relation now? Answer these questions

Its very difficult to get child custody.But court can permit you to visit the child.You may file a case in family court for the same.Court always favours mother in such circumstances.you may file restitution case also
