How much share does the son get if mother dies

My wife passed way leaving behind a son and me. I know i get 1/4 of her inheritance.does my wife parents each get 1/6 each before remaining goes to my son. The parents were not dependant on my wife
NO as they are not dependants of your wife, they are not entitled to claim any share in the said property if, there are other Class 1 Legal heirs available. As in your situation, you along with your children will get the property divided among yourselves equally.
