How long will it take to close the 363 case

I just eloped from my home at the age of 17 ang got married to my lover my parents lodged a FIR and my lover had to go to jail.Now he is out on bail and my parents are also acceptable to my relationship and now they want take back the case can i know the procedure and duration to close the case????
It is a non-compoundable offence. File a 482 petition in HC and file affidavit from both sides. High Court may in its discretion quash. If you do not want to go to HC, then in trial court you can give evidence to get the case closed

The matter by now will be on trial. Tell me if it is in any Court in Bangalore.. It is my opinion that your parents or any one cannot take back the case at this stage. I can take up the matter and get your lover ( now your husband ) acquitted. You can retain your present advocate and consult me at my office.
