You can challenge the judgment of family court in higher court than the court that passed the order for maintenance ,
please clarify which court have passed the order and under which section maintenance have been fixed and on what basis it have been fixed.

if it is passed under section 125 of Criminal procedure code then you should file a criminal revision application before the Hon'ble High court within 90 days from the date of order passed by the family court.

Order of the family court u/s. 125 or u/s. 24 can be challenged before the high court by way of filing revision application or writ petition as applicable and same has to be filed within 90 days of passing of the order to avoid delay
