How do I stop my husband from selling flat without my consent ?

i am a hindu , married to a person who was not capable of taking responsibility, but i continued to take so and purchased the flat but unfortunately it was in his name for the loan purpose, more than 50% i have invested in it. After few years i took a plot in my name in which i have invested all my money with my parents help. Due to lots of family problem i left the place and went for higher education with my son. now doing job in other place.recently i came to know that he is selling the flat without my notice, and now i am objecting it to stop or else give my share. he is not ready to do that in fact he is harassing that he will ask share in my plot as well. I don't understand how to react with such circumstances..I am alone taking my son's responsibility with all expenses.
you may take necessary stay order from court refraining him from selling the said house.
you will have to prove that the payments were made by you (partly or 50%)
the said process to get stay will be immediate but final order might take a year or so.
till then he wont be able to sell it.
