Hi
Need to a little bit more to understand.
It appears that your DVC Case is pending or if you are aggrieved by the Order of Court in DVC Case, you can appeal to Higher courts against the order of the Judge in your DVC case.
Also if you are convinced that your lawyer has colluded with the other side, you can change your lawyer.

Hello,

As you said the 498A case was disposed in June 2016, I presume that your husband and in-laws are acquitted from all charges and now you want to go for an appeal against the acquittal. Please note that an appeal lies before the session court against the acquittal order by the MM Court and the time for filing an appeal is 90 days from the date of the order. As more than 11 months have been passed since the acquittal, it is difficult to file an appeal. However, you can file a delay condone petition along with the appeal and your appeal may be allowed. Contact the concerned PP in the case and proceed further. It is difficult to say if any damage will be caused to the running DVC if you go for an appeal without perusing the case files of both the cases.

Dear Client,
Then you may change your advocate by engaging new advocate. You can file appeal. No damage could be caused to D.V.C. Immediately change old advocate who collide with your husband`s family and causing damage to your case.

defenitely file a appeal If U got good case. pending of different cases in the same court or complex, nothing to be worry. When U are smelling that some what is going on with advocate, You are at liberty to enquire in to the matter. As per my knowledge a regular advocate will not damage his client. If U still in the same impression, U are at libery to change the advocate. O.K.
