How can we challenge grandfather's will and claim share in property

16-Oct-2023 (In Family Law)
My grandfather have 4 children, 3 daughters and 1 son (My father). We belong to a Hindu family .My grandfather made a will in which he said that after his death his house will be his son's. This time his youngest daughter have signed this will and his son also, but other daughters didn't sign this. Now the elder daughter is saying that she never want this house, but the 2nd daughter is saying that she wants a portion or money from this house, and she also told that she wants 500 rupeess per month from us if we can't give her a portion of this house. Our financial condition is not so good that we could give her the money and there is nothing for us except this house, but my grand father's daughter's financial condition is good and she is married. Can you please help us to save the house..?

Sir, perused your above mentioned facts in details. First of all I need to know whether you have taken out probate of the will, because will is invalid without probate. I also need to know the name of the executor in the said will. Please contact us for more details and proper guidance.
