how can i stop my spouse from entering the house as she does not care about me or my family and is very arrogant. regards
You need to file divorce with an injunction restraining her to enter the matrimonial house as the cruelty meted out by her is detrimental for the health of your parents. Please note that she has every right to file domestic violence, restitution, 498A etc. on her part. Everything is subject to evidence in court so please file a case on ethical grounds. If she is really cruel towards your parents they might want to file a police complaint under the Senior Citizen's Act.
