How can i stop alcoholic husband from selling his property

My husband is bad alchoholic how can i get right to all his property and assets so that he may not sale them withiut my consent
You can file a suit of permanent injunction under order 39 rule 1 and 2 restraining ur husband from selling the property as u are the legal valid wife of him and where u wipl reside after sale. If the property is encestral than u can claim share of proprry through ur minor son .
