How can I stay separately from my husband and in-laws without divorce

I don't want to stay with my husband and his family can I move and stay separately with my child and all my movable and immovable property.i want to know if I m going to do all this is it that they can take any legal action against me. I m Hindu by religion

Yes, you have the right to stay in a different home without your husband and in laws there is no law which says you can not stay. But the consequences can be that your husband can file a divorce case against you. So it's better you file a case for Divorce maintainance against him
