How can I nullify my second marriage done under pressure?

When a person is already married and he done again a court marriage without informing his earlier wife. How this type of marriage can be nullify? The person have a daughter of 7 years and by the pressure or due blackmailing of second girl he has to done the marriage. Now the second lady has gave warning that he has to pay her a huge amount to her other wise she fill a case against her. What should the person has to do.? Advice need urgently.
Second marriage is not valid and it is also crime u/s-494 of ipc.first of all you should inform about the second marriage to the court and also will have to take mutual consent from the first wife afterall you may keep facts to the relevent court and may be cancell the second marriage as per direction by the court.

2nd marriage is not legal in Hindu law. Whether it is done in court or arrange.

Get your name enrolled every where in record like voter ID, rashan card and if the husband in service in his official record, LIC/insurance papers this will help you in proving you 1st wife.
If the marriage is done in court of registrar it is legal. If it is on stamp paper or affidavit then it has no legal value.
