You can marry her under special marriage act ....once she attains thr age of 18 years she can marry any person she wants unless he is more than 21 years of age ....also if her parents force her to marry than you can file a complaint to police anonymously...

A muslim lady can give one sided divorce to her husband and then she can remarry you. For that you will have to take protection from the court. There is no law which says that a hindu lady/man cannot marry a muslim lady/man. You can call me for further discussion.
