How can I claim my father's job on compassionate grounds

My father died in the year 1997.At the time of his death he was working as a govenment teacher.My mother regreted to take the job.So the job was written to me.How can i claim the job.i had completed my graduation in the year 2017.My mother is getting only pension.Can i apply for my father post now after 20 years.I did not applied previously.My age is 22

There is time limit for claiming the job of deceased after his death. You straight away approach the school authorities seeking the job of your deceased father. If rules permit they ask you to place an application even after 20 years. You must state clearly in the application that you have no qualification then and now you acquired qualification for applying the job of your deceased father.
