How can father hand over property as he has taken sanyas in monastery

My father has taken monastery(sanyas) and want to hand over his properties to sons. How he can do? i. e. Which way? We are hindu.

He may execute a will expressing therein his interest that he wishes to pass on his properties to his sons. In the will he can specify the exact proportion/share of the property which he wishes to devolve upon his son. You'll be required to get this will registered.

Your father should make registered will for handover property to you . Will should be registered .by the way you didn't explain any thing about property I mean which type of property you do have whether it is ancestral or your father self earn .in law it is been very difficult to give advice without knowing full facts and document
