I suggest you to approach an Advocate immediately and kindly give instructions clearly about your matter to the Advocate who is going to appear on your behalf. Don't leave your husband freely. You can prove the allegations that were alleged by your husband. Here the Judge depending upon the material put forth the judge gives his judgement. women cell means you wanted to approach the police. If you wanted to approach the women cell you are at liberty and the authority will give counselling to both of you.

As you submitted that the very RCR is filed with fake and false allegations.
First you explain the same in a chronological, convincing, catagorical with whatever all the sorts of the documentary record and on that basis we have to submit our counter/answer by challenging the claim raised by him. In each and every case there will be defense by its basics and proofs, so like wise we have to submit and explain in details to the judge within the purview of the legal permits to the satisfaction of the court. In that case certainly we will succeed our case and judge will pass appropriate orders. Your last question is not feasible and not necessary being already the matter is in the hands of the court, so approaching of womens cell is nothing to do with. But for conciliation it is no problem. O.K.

Hello,
Wife can defend the case. She can project her case in a court of law. Without hearing her judge will not grant divorce to the husband. She can approach women`s cell on that issue. Wife can prove the allegations quoted by husband are false. Wife can defend the case by her personal appearance in the court through engaging an expert advocate to project her case.
