My bro is not letting me to meet my sick dad and I m scared that he will take his sign and take all property how can I meet my father is their Any law that I meet my father

Now you want to meet your dad without know whether he wants to meet you.
You curioucity is not meeting dad but you have an eye on his property.

Do you think your dad is some zoo animal ,your brother taking care of zoo ,you visiting and throwing banana at him and saying good-bye.
Waiting for him to die with fear that your brother may take away signature for owning his property.
