Have evidence of wife's first marriage can my marriage be annulled

i hv filed annulment case u/s 11 & 12 of hma against my wife since she was previously married prior to marrying me. she has not attended court dates but submitted application to quash my application which is under section 11 & 12, which was rejected by court. since she has not filed reply to petition judge has order she will not get chance for filing reply to this petition and ordered case for petitioners evidence the question is marriage was finalized by my parents i have her profile which was sent to me by her brother on e mail which is silent about her first marriage. i got previous marriage card and pic from my source. further she left home on his own will. i am not aware she got divorce of first marriage or not. is this sufficient to get annulment. to add this on what sup she admitted i could not tell you about my previous bad marriage. how this case will be decided?
