Harassment humiliation greedy in-laws hate baby girl

09-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
My husband has a very different mind set up in every thing. He married me just because of my job,so that I can pay his loan installment nd pay to their brothers nd sisters who are already completed their studies nd ready to earn but not doing job, just dependent on me nd my husband. In-laws reacting like they are very poor but actual thing is they have property but hide nd they use only on them. When I stopped paying them when I got pregnant, then they started abusing me,my husband takes their side. After some time I gave birth to baby girl, again they have an issue wid tat, they didn't gifted anything to my baby but they gifted golden locket to brother in-law's son who took birth at the same time as my baby. Lot of things they did which shows gender discrimination and then my husband left me at my moms place and even stopped talking wid me and also not asking about child's health. I think he wants divorce but not able to say. Wat to do now.

Hello,
As they are harassing you so much you can go and file a police complaint. They cannot throw you out of the house so don't worry.
Further you can file a 498-A against them for harassment of dowry and baby girl birth.

For further consultancy please contact me.

hello dear,
its sad to hear your situation. legally can file for restitution of conjugal rights and make him pay for your expenses moreover you think he wants to divorce you but he havent initiated anything so we cannot predict instead you have to wait for his action and then react.
