Harassment from husband and in-laws. What action can I take?

I am married a man who is earlier very good person, after 5 years a baby girl. i went my native to delivery, he is connected with his brother wife with support of his mother. after delivery I came home totally he is avoiding me day by day. now his sister in law, his sisters and his mother are quarrelling every day and ask me go from home. now what i do please advice and expert opinion me how to protect my self.

As from the fact you cant predict what will happen in your back ground. Better you filed a case for Restitution of Conjugal right. I hope
Before that you inform you parents of care taker to advice him or to get the reason for avoidance. Try to solve at first in the family itself better you approach the court directly.
In case if all attempt failure, then you have the right to file the case for restitution for conjugal right.
